| Sometimes
one just doesn't feel like choosing from a menu. After all, one of
the allures to brunch is the idea of sampling a variety of interesting
tidbits.
I know that I like the idea of having breakfast and lunch all in one setting. You know, start the meal with something "breakfasty" and end it with something, well, not "breakfasty". After all, isn't the word "brunch" a marriage between Breakfast and Lunch?. I think that buffets do a fabulous job at allowing the patron to sample both traditional breakfast type foods along with something one may enjoy for lunch. Combining sweet and salty has always been a favorite of mine. Our favorite buffet, is Dharma Café. It's a very simple buffet but that combined with the atmosphere of this simple, cozy, restaurant, it really has become our very favorite brunch spot. |
